Pretty good read.
The capabilities of today must be pretty far advanced. What do you think they can do?

data cap
Dead shot. I'll consider home-built quantum networks.

Well, with option #2, they get to keep this magic eraser that they can use on pretty much whoever.

Would depend on your settings, really. I do 100% BW share and have optimized the settings (mainly just router.config, but wrapper.config as well for increase memory usage to serve more traffic).
Since I have a data cap at home with slow rural wireless, I'd have to do very limited sharing to make sure I don't hit any limits.

I used to use Piwik in the past and really enjoyed it. Now I'm wanting to find something that does it all server side, and pulls data from access logs. I don't need all the fancy graphs and analytical data, but being able to chart out traffic/visits/popular pages and basic stuff like that would be nice.

Brave is at the forefront of browser privacy, bringing fingerprinting shield and tor browser to the non-techies and their (upcoming?) p2p protocol will be so awesome.

Sometimes I mistake him for junichi suwabe (known for voicing archer from fate stay night and is urrently voicing sukuna from jujutsu kaisen and yami sikehiro from black clover) especially when they scream they both sound very similar, but when speaking calmly, I can kinda sometimes them apart

I doubt it. 45% of registered republicans supported the actions of demonstrators who stormed the capitol.
They have a big national security problem on their hands. There are two main ways they could deal with this.
-
Thoroughly investigate the 2020 election and make real improvements to ensure that people have confidence in the results of future elections. Allow people to have more freedom and stop passing unconstitutional laws.
-
Label anyone who questions the validity of the result a terrorist or potential terrorist. Ruin the lives of demonstrators. Increase domestic surveillance so that if anyone takes it upon himself to water the tree, he can be prevented from taking out anyone too important.
So far it's clear that they prefer option 2.

Reply to They age backwards by Mrwarmind
I remember seeing this joke about anime character's age. Look at a character, guess her age, subtract 10 from it, if that number is negative, add 100.

I know at least 151 different characters who only repeat their own name and I'm sure there's more by now.

I hope there's a federal legalization, not only would it be economically beneficial as a taxable product but also its less harmful then alcohol and there's no reason for it to be illegal.

Probably require a lab I'd imagine. But, I haven't smoked in years, and I'm not sure how you'd differentiate between the two from what I've seen. Local shop here sells CBD /hemp flower and honestly it looks and smells just like the over priced college town weed I used to buy years ago when I was into that stuff.
I just know the police usually have to send it off to a lab for testing when they discover people with the CBD/hemp flower because it's indistinguishable between the real deal.
Seems like it'd be ripe for abuse if buying from shitty, sketchy people. Hopefully we'll see Federal legalization soon (assuming you're in the States) and then you won't have to deal with sketchy people.

Do I read some independent thought right there? Not sure why you'd jump to racism from this particular image, though. I guess sexism, islamophobia and various other buzzwords just didn't apply, no matter how hard you tried.

Reply to Best method of converting PDF files to HTML files? by Rambler
First time posting so take it easy on me please... I use Linux Mint and have found a program back when I was a windows user called Calibre which is an ebook management program. It is a Linux program that normally is in your Software Manager. Among it's features is the ability to convert ebooks to different formats. HTML is one format, I personally use it to convert them to .txt and then use text2wav and Lame to convert them to mp3 as I am an OLD computer user (53) and am slowly going blind. Hope this helps! if you want me to send you my .sh I wrote to handle the .txt to .mp3 process let me know via email fu.killme @ gmail.com
