Kind of a straw man, some retarted people will use this but most draw on the past. They assume a machine gun ban is "sensible" and push that line as far as they can.

It's ridiculous they're even arguing about "what is a bump stock" when I should be able to have a room full of m4's and ak47's!

"shall not be infringed" is pretty clear, but the argument has shifted to "shall not be infringed THIS MUCH"

It's a disgusting power grab from elites playing the long game. Only through anarchy can freedom prevail, I'm trying to start a cult MiXYsFHYS1tt3St3.i2p for info MiXYsFHYS1tt3St3@mail.i2p for questions.

I have a 3d printer and am working towards a cnc mill

But yeah, it's not the ridiculous musket people we really need to fear, it's the slow erosion of rights because the true 2A got eroded away. It's a game in which they make the rules. Don't play their game. Start vyour own.

Funny post though!

Sadly it is not possible to actually ban a federal law. Missouri has only banned local law enforcement from enforcing federal gun laws but the ATF can still come after you in Missouri. If all red states passed bills like this, the laws would be harder to enforce, but the ATF could just prioritize going after political dissidents.

I see secession as the only solution, to this problem and others, regardless of how unlikely or difficult it is.

I wish Ron Paul was my grandpa. He's probably the last politician running for president that I voted for that didn't feel like a compromise vote on my end. Anyone before or since I always had to sort of convince myself it was the best choice out of the available options or that I should vote for them because I agree with more things than I disagree with in terms of what they stand for.

the fact the millions of gun owners would not comply and revolt

I hope so but I have doubts. It would be a slow boiling of the frog like so many other things. Just like with speech online, they would start with going after people who seem kind of reasonable to go after to most people. Like they'd start by just confiscating the guns of a few outright Hitler hailing "death to all jews, race war now" people to see the reaction from the public. Then do it to a larger group of the same type of people. Then go after the ones who are white supremacists but who are saying "no violence, work within the system". Maybe they'll even confiscate from some Antifa types in order to decrease the angry reaction from the right. Then they'll go after people who are not exactly all white supremacists but still more edgy than Tucker Carlson. Like the "Groypers". They'll just gradually work their way out like that.

Even if a large group did decide to revolt, it seems that the government does not need to be too concerned about a revolt that would actually threaten their power because they have thoroughly infiltrated the opposition. It's interesting that both of the groups (Proud Boys and Oath Keepers) that are being charged for conspiracy in relation to Jan 6 had a federal agent or asset in leadership.

Another thing, I notice that even many people who are very pro second amendment only go as far as to say that they'll shoot any ATF agent who tries to take from them. In other words, stand by while they're taking from other people. Hopefully enough would defend their own guns to make the law unenforceable but realistically, there could eventually be a need for some people to "aim higher" than the boots on the ground enforcers. And it will be increasingly harder to get away with something like that as surveillance and government use of AI increases.

Side note to any feds reading: No, I am not planning to "aim higher" myself. Lol.

Will get struck down, as it should. If not for the unconstitutional nature, then for the fact the millions of gun owners would not comply and revolt.

If passed, they'll make the requirements vague enough that confiscation due to mental health could be for anyone and weaponized.

Share a meme of Pepe? Extremist ideologies, unfit for firearm possession. It'd be abused to no end.

hello mr FBI glownigger. (75% chance you are)

YOU CAN, but no longer age 18 and no longer even age 19... (((they))) raised age to 21 for you must be 21 for an NFA item like that item.

but its still difficult in the majority of states where you can have carry it on state or private land (avoid accidentally carrying on federal land) ... an important political figure or elected sherrif has to vouch for you, AND the gun typically has to be made with serial number provenance before May 1986 i think (10 thousand to 25 thousand for a vietnam or korean war m16 antique), unless you have business reasons (gunsmith , mil contractor), and you have to be rich enough to store it safely somewhere and... the main democrat jew trick ... you need thousands of dollars for tax stamp and transfer from a local Class three dealer.

If you want to just shoot it and rent it, you can visit outdoor ranges near scottsdale arizona... fun.

If you want to legally temporarily hold it and legally own it momentarily.. get a get a dealer's license and how to get the additional license for possessing of a fully automatic weapon (requires blue prints to your home sent!!!!).

If you are not a dealer you need to pay 200 dollar TAX STAMP that biden wants to increase : https://taskandpurpose.com/gear-tech/legal-full-automatic-machine-gun-range/

https://www.atf.gov/firearms/national-firearms-act-handbook

Pro tip : for the best hard to find gunsmith mods legal to have in Marlyland and built in Marlyland and equipped in Marlyland and purchasable (100 round drums for your non-auto non-burstmode ak-47, or springs to aid bump stocks, other trigger effects toys....) HEAD EAST from the washington DC FBI headquarters drive way past arlington across bridge to queenstown MD region, you cross the bridge toward out of DC across that water... to a interesting gun store that caters to fed workers : grenade barrel launchers, bump stocks, belt fed supplies, handgun silencers, rifle silencers, rare quick-reload revolvers, etc

PS : ITS RETARDED to type "Fully automatic", you just type "automatic"

The normal legal AR15 and legal AK47 lacking 3 round burst and lacking auto mode is called a "SEMI AUTOMATIC WEAPON"

you never need to type "Fully automatic".

Fun fact. in entire USA history, a legally registered and owned AUTOMATIC WEAPON was only used in a criminal act one time. The legal owners of these guns are the most law abiding people on earth.

AK47 is far far less accurate in fully auto mode vs a AR15... but most of either have carbine length barrels in normal configs and a carbine barrel in hand held non-tripod mode is inaccurate except for a few marksmen I hear. I type this to mention that normally you would want to keep a gun in three round burst mode. Tapco trigger on a EU region ak47 offers 3 round via special defective engineering, but many tax-stamp ak 47s are single or auto. Forget AK47 and get a high temperature mil spec barrel on a regular ar15.

That being said, most people I know ONLY practice shooting while running (tangent and full frontal running) , rolling, and ducking. There are competitions involving active motion but none involve firing during those activities. For that its private range on private land... and in all my memories... cold and muddy and soiled clothing. fun times, fun memories.

You can, technically... just requires thousands of dollars, paperwork and waiting months for the ATF to approve.

But they make binary triggers for AKs now, much cheaper and almost as fast.

It's very complete, with great links to the unconstitutional laws restricting the right to bear arms, so I hate to complain. But including the age cutoffs with other restrictions makes it seem worse than it is, and harder to use the map at a glance.

If people realized just how close they are to liberty, and just how terrible the non-age restrictions really are, maybe more single-issue gun-rights politicians could make it.

That's a great resource to be able to comply with all the wildly varying state to state laws. Also good if you want to add a non-residents permit for a state you don't live in to just see how many additional states it adds to your ability to free travel.

What a fucked up world where any of that is even a requirement.
