Imagine still believing publicized inflation numbers.
Imagine thinking anyone will do anything about it.

Reply to Father arrested at school board alleges his daughter was assaulted by skirt-wearing boy, according to report. School covered up rape to implement gender identity rule. by div1337
Rape? - we saw nothing. A guy in a skirt - we have to defend his human rights, nothing is more important!

I had one reaction banned for saying 'jews are arabs'. Since then I left ruqqus, which now is no more.

Reply to What would you do if you won $1,000,000 USD? by Rambler
Pay off all of the stuff (mortgages, car, etc.), put 20k into my regular account, spend about 10-15k on luxury items, put the rest into an index fund.

Yeah lets totally destroy bodily autonomy. That will work great!

I don't really think that they are trying to poison people, but its still creepy as fuck. The US government takes 0 accountability, as shown by their treatment of Edward Snowden and other whistle-blowers. If anyone here wants to kill people freely, get a job as a government enforcer. The pay is good to. No college required.

Worst: Thinking that it would at least be a refuge after Voat died. I was wrong.
Best: Being banned by the leftist moderation, proving everything I’d come to think about it after using it.

I never used it much, lurked. Definitely swiped a meme or two from there.
Wasn't a big fan of how clunky and JS dependent the site was, and how little these 'alternative reddit' type sites did little to protect end-user privacy. Pretty much what I said could be applied to the same question if it was about Voat, but Voat had a better interface. Two sites I had accounts on but rarely logged into.

Good read, and something I miss about the internet of yesteryear. Online accounts with avatars of cartoons or TV shows, online handles that were based on hobbies or interests and no two sites required the same login. A better time.
