BitWarden looks pretty dang nice. Its free tier is capable enough that I don't feel the need to administer a local instance. That's just one more thing to maintain and back up.

100% for it, the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and so on.100% against the commies, socialists, and leftist-libtards that either want to scrap it, or reword it to suit their lil feelings.

Reply to Dogs or cats? Why? by Rambler
Cats. Dogs are too needy for an introvert. Having to take them out for crapping, walks, and so on is a pain in the arse. The obsession with picking fights with other dogs when outside. If you leave them behind to get groceries, many go crazy, howl, and tear the place up. There is the doggy stink that requires baths, and the contest of wills to give them a bath. The fleas. The drinking out of the toilet, then wanting to lick your face. Dogs are too much like a high-maintenance gal...it's always doubtful you are actually getting as much as you're giving.

Reply to Which browsers can you trust enough to use? by Wahaha
Guess it depends on how you define 'trust'. If you mean browsers that will not function as spyware for the developer, then my shortlist (in order of preference) is: Iridium, TOR browser, Epic, Ungoogled Chrome, Superbird, Advanced Chrome, Comodo Dragon, Basilisk, Waterfox, and Slimjet.
If you define 'trust' as being the latest'n'greatest and most updated, I couldn't tell ya, as I don't follow that hogwash. For the last 3+ years I been using XP Pro, which means I'm stuck using Mypal, Centaury and Firefox 52.9.0. Despite using outdated OS and browsers, I've had zero malware after 5000+ hours of internet surfing...unless you count 3 or 4 PUPs. Needless to say, I'm not a believer in this EOL/EOS and most current browser rot. In my experience security does not come from this blather.

Reply to OVERSITE: Which postmill site do you like? by oversite
Raddle is soooo far left, neither Marx nor Trotsky could make more than a few posts there before being banned as not PC enough!
Of those listed, ramble is the only real choice...although I'm also on mewe, saidit, ruqqus, poal, and 8kun. With the rabid commies & socialists constantly seeking to usurp new sites, and convert them to Reddit-clones (leftist echo chambers), it pays to have many options.

Of all the extant religions, none are worse than the Abrahamic-based ones of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Of all the political systems, none are worse than communism, socialism and the 101 flavors of leftist ideology. Take the total number of fatalities directly and indirectly attributable to Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Communism, Socialism, and various varieties of leftism throughout recorded history....you will have a combined body count equaled by no one or nothing else. Guaranteed!

Ubuntu has an established history of spying (or at the very least privacy invasion). Frankly I'd be more likely to trust The Reds don't have hidden code in Deepin Linux, than trust Canonical has learned its lesson.

Fortunately companies like tesla are seeking to reduce the amount of cobalt in their batteries. Unfortunately that doesn't address the short life span of lithium batteries and the fact that most of the world electricity is generated from non-renewables.

I mean trust in the sense that it won't fuck you over in the near future. I've also continued using FF 3.6 and later FF 38 for years without experiencing any trouble. The only trouble I ever experienced with FF was related to upgrading it. And this happens basically with every other update.
It's hard to trust software that updates every two weeks, so even if you wanted to poke at the source code to make sure nothing nasty slipped in, nobody would even have the resources to do so.
