That makes sense. I'm just shy I guess. I'm still going through the 'learn python the hard way' and haven't written much but I just figured i'd be posting my code to public forums like this and on reddit for people smarter than me to pick apart to help me learn as I go along. I never really figured out how to use github and stuff. I'm really new to all this obviously haha.

Security via obscurity is a terrible idea. If your code is bad, its better to know before your site gets traction.

Wireless is nice, but I would recommend a mouse with a USB receiver over Bluetooth If your laptop is USB-c only, check out this video: https://youtu.be/V-vFtiDYiIw.

in general bluetooth isn't reliable. if you want stuff to be reliable use a wire.

FBI eFOIA portal. The FBI happens to be pretty infamous for its long drawn-out response times, which is something I found out after I submitted my request.

FFS that's a really long time. I figured it'd be a matter of months, not years.
How did you submit your request?

I can't say I'm surprised with this due to all the problems PH have had the past few weeks.

You can use directory's such as Underdir and they say if an onion is online, so you can browse them.
A couple search engines I know of are Not Evil and Phobos Search.

If they don't have anything on you, they'll let you know within a month. If they do, though, they will take their sweet time providing records... I have an open request that has been processing for 2+ years now.

Thats why you download the videos you like (porn or otherwise). Save bandwidth and just nice to have a copy.

I've seen this movie before. It ends with us all being slaves to an alien race.

I've used the plugin and standalone. Both do what they say they do. Downloads are slow. But, that's to be expected.

I was going to link to something similar. As someone who has a lot of PDF ebooks, let me ask a 'newb question' of my own: Is there a good way to convert them and their contents into a safer format for sharing?
