Well, Firefox is currently using 800MB of RAM for me and 5GB of virtual RAM. It's the most memory hungry process I'm running. I don't even have that many tabs open. Only about 20.

Looks to be pretty free speech so far. Mods wanting to create echo-chambers in their subs is their own choice. But I guess it's good to know that censoring already happens in this capacity. It's unfortunate that mods use these tools to remove something that isn't spam.

Google is by far the worst for this. If you have an account and use it for everything, this can completely utterly decimate your online footprint. I don't know how they haven't faced class action lawsuits for this. It takes a little time, patience, and planning to remove the requirement for a google account from an android phone, but it's well worth it.

Simply put, don't depend on google for anything. Not just because they completely violate your privacy, but also because they simply don't care about you from a customer service point of view.
