DevBox is a Microsoft product that uses Nix package manager. In theory any=most=some github projects can be made a reproducible build in Nix. I don't want to tell you what I think and answer my own question... but there is a plan with the question and it does not include me. If you were successful in installing I2P+ in DevBox, please give me some tips.
