Created a IRC and WebIRC service for us

Hello team! I just finished setting up a IRC server and even a web-interface for those that can't be bothered with a native client.

It's free for all and hosted on a server in a real datacenter, thus the performance should be nice. Feel free to claim your own channel and set your own moderation rules (or leave it unmoderated if you prefer).

I am also looking for further I2P IRC-servers/networks to link with. Let's resurrect IRC and build a safe space for us.

Hell yeah. I'm always in IRC2P (#saltr) so I'll join right now. :)

edit: Can't connect to irc.coldhell.i2p:6667 after adding it to my addressbook. Will try the webchat for now. Probably an issue on my end or with my IRC client.
