Happily, countless versions of "The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku" are on YouTube, but If I ever went to a Tokyo concert expecting to hear it, I would have been disappointed.

Asians seem to hate 240 BPM songs and songs like "The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku" are the only famous songs never played in Japan, just USA and Europe :

It is amazing to me how much Japanese citizens (or concert promoters in Japan) despise and hate fast Hatsune Miku songs, such as "Disappearance of Hatsune Miku"

Thankfully we have far better concerts outside of Japan to enjoy!
