I actually tested the Swiss claims a long time ago at the request of some unnamed interests. It started 30 years ago. If you were bound by location convenience, Lichtenstein made better sense. Bull-crap is in their genes. They do know better but it is not profitable.

Just to be clear that I do not think that Tuta(nota) is good email. Same crap different stink than ProtonMail. Really there is no substitute for having your own server.
