What do you guys use? Since I block a lot of requests at the network level using a Raspberry Pi ( https://pi-hole.net ) it allows in-browser plugins to not have to work so hard. If I disable my Pi-Hole and go to any regular clearnet site like reddit or browse any news website, those plugins definitely do some heavy lifting in blocking all the junk requests.

For what I've known, Ghostery sells info, or had a polemic about that, I suggest you to check it and uninstall it, sometimes less is more.
