Im asking this question for myself as well as other people that have a reason to change their handle. But what is the right way of finding/making a new handle because you don't want it to be tied back to you, so it has to be something totally unrelated to the person.

What is the best way to go about this, to find/make a new handle that is not tied to you or relates to you. Anyone got any suggestions? :)

Here's an idea. Use an LLM, provide some general (fictional) details for the type of character you'd like to name, see what it churns out, and then pick one.

Here's an example response for the prompt "Please provide 20 imaginary aliases (nicknames) for a character that is interested in cryptography, anonymity and Mongolian culture."

What is OPSEC?

Operations Security, or OPSEC, OPSEC is about minimizing attack surfaces and single points of failure through proper habits and policies. It's a systematic and proven process that we can use to deny adversaries information they need to do us harm or interrupt our plans. It's also a mindset that can be applied to any mission or plan.

Although the term originated in the military, OPSEC is now used for so much more. This includes law enforcement, computer and network security, home safety, travel, and so much more.
