Doing some quick, late night/early morning maintenance. Some have expressed concerns with our (previous) use of Cloudflare for DNS hosting. We've listened and are moving off of Cloudflare and to Hurricane Electric (HE.net) . May be a bit of an overlap where some parts of the world will resolve to the maintenance page and some will get our website. If you experience any SSL issues, it's likely temporary and 'should' go away soon. Browsers vary. We're re-issuing certificates site-wide since we were previously using Cloudflare's SSL Certificates.
Those who access the website via Tor, I2P, or Yggdrasil networks will experience no maintenance page or issues.
