Three of Biden’s four illegal mandates have been now blocked by various courts. Unfortunately, I think the supreme court will uphold the mandates in the end, but at least there has been some push back by the courts.
Biden had four parts to his mandates: medical workers who worked a facilities receiving medicare or medicaid funds, federal employees, federal contractors, and OSHA mandates for business with more than 100 employees. The mandate for health care worker was blocked on December 1st. The enforcement for federal employees was suspended on Novermber 30. The mandate for federal contractors was blocked today (December 7th). The OSHA mandate was blocked on November 17 and then the court said on Friday (December 3rd) that it would hold on to the cast and not transfer it to the more administration friendly D.C. circuit.
