Are there memes on the darkweb that the surface web doesn’t know about yet?

And I hate to call it a darkweb because it sounds corny and it's much broader than that, but I don't know what else to call it to be honest. I ask because internet culture is different in certain parts of the internet, and I'm wondering if there are memes that are popular on here but not the clearnet?

Also this is my first post, I’m pretty new to I2P.
