What are some interesting podcasts that you like?

I'm a big fan of DarkNet Diaries which is available on Spotify but also free from their website here: https://darknetdiaries.com/ (They also post the transcripts in text which is nice if you want to later go back and search for something you recall hearing about)

Are there any podcasts you'd recommend that are similar, either in style of presentation (narrated story combined with interviews) or subject matter?

That's the one that has gotten me though many a late night drive. Others too no doubt, but that's my default.

I'm still only a fraction of the way through his work though.

Yeah, he's great. I used to listen when working 3rd shift in a machine shop.
