I Think this is the Best Looking Forum I have Seen on the Internet

I honestly think this forum has a beautiful layout, the best looking I have seen, and I am curious about the software and hardware you are using. Did you write the software yourself? Did you adapt it from some open-source project? What hardware are you hosting this site on? Is it hosted in the cloud or on a server in your physical possession?
