The Gemini Network is Great, but It is Still Something of a Tech Geek Playground

The Gemini network now consists of about 3000 servers. Its purpose is to provide a place for those who are sick of the corporate-controlled, advertising-filled swamp that the Internet has devolved into. They want something better. They want pleasant reading experiences without popups and animated advertising. They also want to be free to create content as well as consume it.
