First, Outlook blocked Disroot. Then around that same time, they blocked a small business run by people I know that uses their own email server.

Is anybody else being affected by this?

Probably a very strict spam filter.

Can't get spam if you can't get email.

outlook and gmail is 90% of smtp traffic.
