The directors should include one person who identifies as female and another as an underrepresented minority or LGBTQ+.
When they are so called underrepresented that means they have no training or exspierence in those areas and recieve jobs white people go to school to learn and have degrees in those fields
Well, there are 248 Chinese companies listed on NASDAQ and other exchanges. ( https://www.uscc.gov/research/chinese-companies-listed-major-us-stock-exchanges ). Lucky for them, being Han Chinese counts as diverse ... no Uighurs need apply.
